Returns
We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are:
- Not in their original condition
- Missing parts not due to our error
- Returned beyond the eligible return period
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
